The internet has opened a valuable new venue through which you and your government can communicate.  Our new website not only has a fresh, new look, it offers many more features for obtaining information and conducting business. It is our goal to keep our website up-to-date and relevant so please explore the pages and take advantage of all it has to offer.

City Hall is located on the corner of Melarkey and West Fourth Street in the former U.S. Post Office building. (Click  HERE  to view a photo taken during the construction of the building, Spring-1921.)  Our physical and mailing address is 90 West Fourth Street, Winnemucca, Nevada  89445.

City Hall will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November  27th & 28th so our employees and their families can celebrate the holiday together!

You won't want to miss the annual "Christmas Parade of Lights" to be held on Saturday, December 13th starting at 5:30 p.m.  The parade will take place on Bridge Street starting at the intersection of Railroad Street (at Spare Time Bowling) and proceed northward down Bridge Street to the corner of Giroux Street (Winnemucca Hotel).  This parade is a Winnemucca tradition - bring your family and friends and enjoy the beautiful lights!
