RECENT IMPROVEMENTS:
A major water system project was completed this year known as the North-Side Water Project.  The construction timeframe for the project extended from 2007 into 2008, with Spiess Construction as the contractor.  The project was implemented to mainly service the new Sheppard Hills Estates being developed on the left side of US Hwy 95 adjacent to the Camelot Heights subdivision.  A new water tank and pump station were also developed in the project.  The project cost of $3,758,972 has been totally funded by the City's Water Proprietary fund.
