Audio versions of the Council meetings are kept on file by the City Clerk's office at City Hall.

City Council Minutes:

Definitions: 

A "Joint" meeting - the City Council meets jointly with another governmental entity, usually the Humboldt County Commission and/or the Winnemucca Convention & Visitors Authority (WCVA).

A "Special" or "Planning" meeting - the City Council meets in special session to discuss the budget or other issues that require specific attention.

Other meetings not defined - the City Council meets in regular session, pre-scheduled each year.
